PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

There are many opinions and options in our industry as to the value and content of what a preventative maintenance plan should consist of.

Our Philosophy is simple.

Talk to the customer to find out what the expectations are and design a plan that keeps your staff and equipment safe and efficient .

We have tried to simplify this process by using the CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) maintenance check lists. We have gone over each of these check lists and made a few changes to them based on our experience over the years.

Our technicians will also make recommendations as to how often these plans should be performed based on several key points.

  • The initial condition of the equipment
  • The type of equipment that is on premises
  • The volume of business
  • Hours of use per day
  • Equipment that is integral to the operation (with out it the kitchen just won't open)

No major parts are replaced during these plans unless agreed to before hand. Should our technicians have any safety concerns our technician will advise you, no suprises.
